We wanted a place where people could get amazing juices, smoothies and food that tastes wonderful and just happens to be great for you, too!
We focus on creating the best flavors, using the highest quality ingredients and giving our customers awesome service! The wonderful nutritional benefits occur naturally from our choice of ingredients.
We are fast, too! Just pop in and grab any of our chef-created juices, smoothies, pressed juice, juice cleanses or healthy food and snacks.

After graduating from SMU, Tom spent the next 25 years working in operations for a variety of quick service and fast casual restaurant concepts. He and his wife Lisa channeled their passion for health and wellness and opened The Bar Method in 2010. Tom partnered with Heidi Lane and developed The Juice Bar and opened the first location in April 2012.
Heidi Lane graduated from SMU and the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Her background as a chef, caterer, personal chef, event planner, menu developer, television producer of the Rosie O’Donnell Show (where she won an Emmy), editor-at larger at Rosie Magazine and multiple national television segments eventually led her to this —The Juice Bar in Dallas. Her forte is creating healthy food that tastes great! The menu at The Juice Bar if proof of that. There is something for everyone.
